Personal Care

Showering, dressing, grooming, medication reminders. The personal stuff that matters most is handled by someone you genuinely know and trust, not a stranger with a lanyard.

What This Looks Like

Personal care is the most intimate support you can receive, and the person delivering it matters more than the task itself. We match you with a support worker based on who you are, not who happens to be rostered on.

Your worker learns your routines, your preferences, and the way you like things done. Morning showers at 7:15 with the radio on. Medication at the same time every day. The small details that other providers treat as optional but you know are essential.

We keep your team consistent. Same faces, same approach. If someone is away, we brief the fill-in properly, not just hand them an address.

What We Cover

Personal care tailored to how you live, not how a policy manual says you should.

  1. Showering & Bathing

Support with showering, bathing, and personal hygiene at the time and pace that works for you. Your dignity and comfort come first.

    In Practice

"Radio's on, towel's on the rail, products lined up the way you like them. The routine just runs now. Same time, same order, same music. That's what happens when someone learns how you like things and just does them."

  2. Medication Reminders

Prompts and support to take your medication on time and in the right order. We do not administer medication, but we make sure the routine holds.

    In Practice

"8 o'clock, pill organiser already open. Coffee's on, meds sorted. The morning has its own rhythm now and it's a good one."

  3. Mealtime Assistance

Help with eating and drinking when you need physical support at mealtimes. Focused on your comfort and independence.

    In Practice

"Plate on the mat, drink on the left, everything where you like it. I'm right here. Take your time, there's no rush."

  4. Dressing & Grooming

Help with getting dressed, hair, skincare, and looking the way you want to look. As much or as little assistance as you need.

    In Practice

"The blue shirt with the dark jeans. You wore that to your sister's last month and you looked great. Want to go with that again or try something new? We've got time either way."

  5. Toileting & Continence

Sensitive, respectful support with toileting and continence management. We hire workers who understand that this is about trust, not tasks.

    In Practice

"Same time, same way, same person. The routine is familiar because we've done it together enough times that it just flows. That's what consistency feels like."

  6. Transfers & Mobility

Support with transfers, repositioning, and moving around your home safely. Workers are trained in manual handling and your specific needs.

    In Practice

"Hand on the rail, I've got your left side. We worked out this rhythm together early on and it's been smooth ever since. Ready when you are."

Who This Is For

  • People who need daily personal care support at home
  • People who want consistent workers, not rotating strangers
  • People transitioning from hospital or rehab back home
  • People whose current provider sends whoever is available
  • People who want someone who respects their routines
  • Anyone who needs hands-on support delivered with dignity

NDIS & fee-for-service

Cost, Eligibility & Getting Started

The practical details on funding and how to get a worker matched to you.

What It Costs

Personal care is funded through Core Supports in your NDIS plan. Pricing follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and the amount depends on the type of support and whether it happens on a weekday, evening, or weekend.

If you do not have NDIS funding, personal care is available fee-for-service. Cost is always confirmed in writing before support starts.

Am I Eligible?

Personal care sits under Core Supports, specifically Assistance with Daily Life. If your plan includes this category, you can use it for this support.

A support coordinator can help you check. It is also available fee-for-service without a plan.

Where We Work
